Interstate Mining & Development is led by Dr. Hany Malek and a strong team of experts in the mining industry.

Sustainability

IMD has unique talent, knowledge and understanding of the culture and social atmosphere of the West African region in general and the specific country of Sierra Leone where the claim is located. The two main principals of IMD are from African origins, specifically West Africa. IMD also has access to risk capital gathered together with the honest ability to develop a “Special Relationship” in all of the most profitable areas for mining and commercial exploitation of lands in West Africa. IMD has the requisite relationships and faithful compliance with all laws and regulations, plus it has reserved sufficient time, manpower and capital to ensure that all necessary permits and approvals will be granted and kept in a legal, timely and affordable manner so as to insure continue highly profitable operations.

IMD will always uphold all ten business principles of the UN Global Compact.
